Our team has operated and led large and small health systems, health plans, and health tech platforms. We’ve witnessed the lack of care for the neediest, inequity and disparity of care, fragmentation of data, and point technology solutions which are adding to a burgeoning interoperability problem. We are positioned to fix it with our expertise in scaling businesses and delivering real-world impact.

  • Swan AI Studio's phase 2 is when detailed product framing is created.

    Incubate

    Detailed product framing is created. A co-founder match is made. The team and launch customers are identified.

  • Prototype

    Prototype development takes place. Beta customers are signed at this time.

  • Swan AI Studio's 4th phase is Build. The first product release happens at this stage.

    Build

    The first product release happens with paying, self-service customers during our build phase.

  • Swan AI Studio's fifth step, Scale, is one where new companies have dedicated teams and external funding.

Mila, Swan AI Studio’s newest company, is an AI-powered provider assistant that uses behavior change techniques, empathy, and nudges to engage and guide patients in their care journey before and following visits. Patients can ask Mila questions and get clinically validated care instructions and educational resources when they need them, without additional provider involvement.   

Mila’s smart automation eases communication to providers, boosting patient engagement, improving outcomes, and enabling providers to focus on high-level care, leading to cost reductions.
